The Head office is situated in Sector-8, Vashi, Navi Mumbai which is spacious (300 sq mtr) with modern amenities. It is in a peaceful area surrounded with greenery on all sides. It is spread over 2 floors. The Administration, Marketing and Finance are controlled from here.

K V Fire team feels truly enthusiastic and motivated to work at this place in such an environment. K V Fire also has a small R & D House at Shiravane, Navi Mumbai spread over 500 sq. mtr area for development of its new and environment friendly products meeting to National and International standards.

It also has a closed door fire test facility and open door facility to carry out various fire tests to different ratings.

Factory Update

K V Fire has huge area for manufacturing and warehousing facilities spread over 20000 sq. mtr at Mundhegaon, Nashik , situated 130kms away from Mumbai. It has large capacity to manufacture Powders and Foams with an annual capacity of 6000 MT & 6000KL respectively.

The manufacturing is totally automated which ensures consistency in quality for each batch and follows strictly the norms of ISO 9001 for quality and ISO 14001 for eco-friendly products and environment. It also has automated packaging unit.

It has In House R & D Laboratory recognized by Govt. of India, Department of Science & Industrial Research for more than 9 years. Each Laboratory for Powders and Foams are separate and are operated by highly qualified QC Staff. It also has 1000 sq mtr area separately for large scale field test to various National & International standards.

We also offer complete range of Foam making equipments, fire extinguishers and empty cylinders. The features of our extinguishers are; MS Sheet is Deep Drawn using Reverse Technology, Welded using CO₂ & Argon gas Mixture Gas(MIG Welding), Hydro tested to 35 kg/cm², Hot phosphated and are powder coated externally as well as internally. These have burst Pressure of above 100 kg/cm² and automatic powder filling machine.

These Fire Extinguishers Bodies are manufactured using high grade raw material and are in great demand in the domestic and international market for high performance and durability.

Our range of Fire Extinguishers Bodies has longer service life and low maintenance and is available in sizes of 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 6, 9, 10 & 12 kgs. We also customize our range as per the specific requirements of our clients.

Our Foam Equipments include both Foam Proportioning Equipments and Foam Dischage Devices with In-house foundry, advanced CNC machine shop, Fabrication, assembly shop and modern paint shop. Further we have exhaustive testing facilities include performance, flow, friction loss, induction, foam expansion, hydraulic testing setups & metal testing - spectrograph.
