  • Contribute and make a “FIRE SAFE WORLD” through the state of art, fire extinguishing , detection & suppression measures and consistent growth   which is driven by the commitment to fulfill dynamic customer needs, social and environmental considerations, as well as continuous evolution and improvement in terms of its people, processes, products and services.
  •  Focus on manufacturing of internationally certified range of quality fire protection products, equipment, and services including installation and commissioning and supplying at the most competitive rates, through fair processes, innovation and efficient utilization of all our resources.
  •  Synergize with leaders and experts in the related fields, for enabling continual improvement, in line with technological developments , industry trends and latest international standards.

CSR Policy

As a responsible Corporate Citizen the Management & Board of Directors of KV Fire Chemical
India Private Limited has always held the view that the Corporate who benefit from the Society should pay back to the Society by taking up activities which would help uplift the standard of living of the people. The CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is not charity or mere donations but a way of going beyond business as usual, creating shared value and contribution to social and environmental good.

KV Fire Chemical India Private Limited. is committed to CSR initiatives through recognizing and implementing good practices and encouraging a culture of responsibility and action. This policy, which encompasses the company’s philosophy for giving back to society as a responsible corporate citizen lays down the guidelines and mechanism for undertaking various programs. This policy shall apply to all CSR initiatives and activities.

Purpose

While utilizing the CSR Funds, more emphasis should be laid on the projects involving:
1. Healthcare & Welfare 2. Education Expenditure 3. Social Upliftment 4. Environmental Sustainability

The Company shall spend, in every year, at a minimum, 2% of its average net profits for the three immediately preceding financial years, in line with the Policy, on CSR Projects.

Policy Guidelines

ACTIVITIES INCLUDED IN HDF CSR POLICY

a) Eradicating hunger, poverty and malnutrition, promoting preventive health care and sanitation and making available safe drinking water;

b) Promoting education, including special education and employment enhancing vocational skills especially among children, women, elderly, and the differently abled and livelihood enhancement projects;

c) Promoting gender equality, empowering women, setting up homes and hostels for women and orphans; setting up old age homes, day care centers and such other facilities for senior citizens and measures for reducing inequalities faced by socially and economically backward groups;

d) Ensuring environmental sustainability, ecological balance, protection of flora and fauna, animal welfare, agro forestry, conservation of natural resources and maintaining quality of soil, air and water;

e) Protection of national heritage, art and culture including restoration of buildings and sites of historical importance and works of art; setting up public libraries; promotion and development of traditional arts and handicrafts;

f) Measures for the benefits of armed forces veterans, war widows and their dependents;

g) Training to promote rural sports, nationally recognized sports, Paralympic sports and Olympic sports;

h) Contribution to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund set up by the Central Government for socio-economic development and relief and welfare of the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, other backward classes, minorities and women;

i) Contributions or funds provided to technology incubators located within academic institutions which are approved by the Central Government;

j) Rural development Projects;

k) Such other matters as may be prescribed under applicable statue and as may be amended from time to time;

l) Such other activity as may be thought fit by the CSR Committee and approved by the Board.
